Architectural Showroom · Est. 2019
Light arrives from the west at 4pm, crossing 18 metres of polished concrete before reaching the far wall. The room is designed around that moment — furniture arranged not for symmetry, but to meet the light.
Calacatta marble slabs, sourced in a single quarry run to preserve veining continuity across 8 metres of counter. The island is 120mm thick — a mass that anchors the space without dividing it.
The suite occupies the entire eastern facade, positioned to receive the morning without obstruction. Walls are micro-cement, floor is white oak, ceiling is void. Nothing competes with the view.
Ground Floor Plan
Every dimension is deliberate. The plan resolves the relationship between private and public, between inside and outside, through a single continuous gesture rather than a series of rooms.
Every material selected for longevity, origin, and its behaviour in changing light.
